Robotic Care Alliance
Directing frontier technology to the
people who need it most.

About us
Robotic Care Alliance, Inc. (RCA) is a Georgia-based nonprofit that raises philanthropic support and stewards technology-enabled care solutions for older adults and individuals with disabilities, so more people can live safely at home with dignity and practical day-to-day support.
OUR PURPOSE
- We exist to advance the health, safety, and independence of older adults and individuals with disabilities who wish to remain in their own homes.
- Across the United States and globally, care systems are stretched. Families are overwhelmed. Workforce shortages continue to grow. Yet most older adults strongly prefer to age in place. The gap between preference and practical support is widening.
- Through research, responsible funding, development, and deployment of intelligent robotic and AI enabled solutions, we work to fill critical gaps in long term care. Our aim is to promote dignity, reduce isolation, and strengthen everyday safety through practical, human centered innovation.
- We are organized as a Georgia nonprofit corporation and seek recognition as a tax exempt organization under Section 501(c)(3).

Our Vision
A future where every vulnerable elderly or Individual with disabilities in the United States and globally can benefit from safe, human centered physical AI and related solutions that strengthen independence rather than replace human care.

Our Mission
To advance the independence, dignity, and quality of life for older adults and individuals with disabilities through the development, deployment, and charitable distribution of technology centric products and solutions.
We do this by:
- Identifying relevant, innovative, technology driven ideas, products, and services globally that align with our mission.
- Funding and guiding the development of these solutions with strong governance, safety standards, and real world usability in mind.
- Licensing, manufacturing, purchasing, and distributing such products at below market negotiated rates to intended beneficiaries in the United States, making access more affordable and equitable.
WHO WE SERVE
- We focus on older adults and individuals with limited disabilities, especially those who are marginalized, low income, or living without reliable day to day support.
- We also work with adjacent communities, including veterans, when aligned partners and programs overlap with aging and disability needs. We believe no older adult or disabled person should lack daily support due to economic hardship, caregiver shortages, or aging in place challenges.
WHAT WE STEWARD: Cutting edge Eldercare Technologies & Solutions
We channel philanthropic capital into practical technology that works in real homes and communities.
We focus on safety, dignity, and impact-per-dollar, not gadgetry for its own sake.

AgeWellWithGrace (AWWG) Community & Co-Design Platform
AWWG is a hybrid (online + in-person) community built by The Robot Foundry in conjunction with the Physical AI co-caregiver invented by them. It includes listening sessions, co-design workshops, peer groups, and local chapters anchored in community partners—creating continuous feedback loops into product and program design.

Physical AI Caregiver (Human-in-the-Loop)
This is a patent-pending, multi-function home robot designed to support everyday living, always with a human-in-the-loop care model with special emphasis on extending the capability and success of caregivers, both paid (in the home and institutional) and unpaid including family members.
Initial capability areas described in our materials include:
- Medication prompts and adherence support (with his and her medicine cabinets unlocked by facial recognition +/ code)
- Hydration prompts, simple fetching, and basic home assistance
- Night-time and safety-oriented monitoring with escalation to humans

Pilots, Evidence, and Policy
We will design and run pilots with U.S. partners, building an evidence base for safe, equitable use of technology-enabled care in the home, so funders, policymakers, and communities can see what works and why.
HOW WE WORK (OUR MODEL)
RCA utilizes a multi-national sourcing protocol that engages, through standard commercial agreements, the best and most cost effective suppliers of development and delivery services with industry leading domain knowledge in order to provide solutions in the U.S. all aligned around a critical goal: highest impact per dollar.
We raise philanthropic capital in the U.S., then direct it into:
- Applied R&D with The Robot Foundry, which owns the IP for AgeWellWithGrace and a patent-pending physical AI care technology. The development team has already invested four years in research and engineering, achieved significant technical progress, and is preparing to launch a proof of concept for AWWG and an MVP for the patent-pending home-based assistive solution.
- Licensing and distributing the platform and physical AI solution in the U.S. for pilots with elders, veterans, and individuals with disabilities in real homes and communities at special rates.
- Learning and evidence generation to inform policy, payers, and the broader care-and-technology ecosystem.
Everything we fund is anchored in co-design with beneficiary communities, strong safeguards, and a bias toward practical, deployable solutions.
PARTNERSHIP PATHWAYS (FOR GROUPS & INSTITUTIONS)
This introduction is for organizations and groups who want to participate in sourcing and provision of robotic care for elders—either by funding access for members, co-designing deployments, or serving as pilot partners.
Sponsor access for your members or community
We partner with aligned organizations to help fund subsidized or charitable access to robotic caregiver solutions for eligible households.
Become a pilot partner
We work with community-based organizations, providers, and institutions to run pilots and build evidence for safe in-home use.
Join co-design through AgeWellWithGrace
We invite elders, caregivers, veterans, disabled people, and local organizations into structured listening and co-design so solutions reflect real needs.
Collaborate on evaluation and learning
We welcome researchers and evaluation partners focused on safety, ethics, and impact—so we can scale responsibly.
FUNDING & DONATIONS
RCA is designed as a neutral, mission-driven platform that can hold multi-year, multi-funder collaborations focused on technology-enabled care.
Ways to Support
- Anchor funding for the first 12–24 months of AWWG and GRACE pilots
- Co-funded pilots in specific geographies or populations
- Thematic support (e.g., rural aging, women veterans, specific disabilities)
- In-kind contributions: evaluation, cloud credits, equipment, or expertise
Financial integrity (brief)
We use income and assets solely to further our exempt purposes. No part of net earnings benefits private individuals, and upon dissolution our assets will be distributed to another aligned 501(c)(3).
Contact Us
Let’s explore what we can build together.
For funders: Share your focus areas (aging, veterans, disability, tech-for-good) and we will respond with a tailored concept note and funding opportunities.
For community partners: Tell us who you serve, your geography, and how you currently support elders/disabled people. We’re especially interested in partners who want to co-design AWWG chapters and host GRACE pilots.
